JINYE precision cleaning lines can include alkaline or neutral degreasing, brushing, high-pressure spray cleaning, multi-stage rinsing, wringing, hot-air or air-knife drying, fine filtration, water-treatment interfaces, and online temperature or conductivity control for sensitive thin-gauge strip surfaces.

Process modules
Cleaning and rinsing
Degreasing, soft brush or double-sided brushing, spray cleaning, and cascade rinsing are selected according to oil type, residue level, and surface grade.
Drying and filtration
Wringing, hot air, air knives, fine filtration, and water treatment interfaces are coordinated to reduce stains, residue, and scratch risk.
