Overview
JINYE precision rolling mills cover 20-high, 18-high, offset 8-high, 6-high, and 4-high configurations. Each mill is selected around ultra-thin material behavior, entry thickness, exit thickness, strip width, rolling schedule, speed target, and downstream precision process requirements.
For high-precision projects, the system can integrate AGC/AFC, thickness control, flatness control, tension coordination, process data recording, and upstream or downstream line interfaces.

Applications
Suitable for ultra-thin stainless steel, silicon steel, and carbon steel strip processors. The mill can be integrated with precision cleaning, annealing, precision leveling machine, and precision slitting line processes.
